Basic Reasoning Questions

Why should you be given this position over others?:

I should be given this position over others because I want to join the event team not for the benefits it brings, but for the ability to create more RP and things to do other player and make them want to play more. I should also be chosen as I also desire to improve both mine and others ability to create fun, enjoyable and interesting events. I look to the improvement of the server and the RP that can be had.

Why should you be trusted with this position? and do you believe others think of you with the same perspective?:

I believe that I'm a trusted player on the server and I am outwardly spoken on my desires to become an EM, which shows that my intentions as an EM are that of the benefits of the players on the server. I've only wanted to see the server improve and be more enjoyable in more aspects, so by being trusted with the role, I am able do so and even more. Hopefully, people share this opinion of me and see that my top priority on the server is the enjoyment of others.

Why are you applying for this position?:

I've always placed other over myself and I believe this position will allow me do it far better than I already am. I feel as if the server is slowly getting boring, and by becoming an EM, I'd be able to hopefully help relinquish this issue. By being on the EM team, I'd be able to create more scenarios and events that entice players into wanting to stay on the server for events, and by increasing the current rosters of EM, I'd be able to cooperate with them, improving both mine and their events.

No, not really. I'm not too sure if I could, although I feel it would be a waste if I didn't, but on the other hand I wouldn't want to waste time for the people reading this because I think it would be best if people spent more time reading my app than this message. But on the other hand, this would allow me to elaborate any points I believe I missed and possibly reinforce any previous arguments in my applications. With all things considered, I believe that it would be in my best interest to not add anything more to this application and thus this question. I thank you and good day.

 

Event Master Reasoning Questions

What do you believe you can do to make Events more fun, enjoyable and inclusive?:

I think you need to consider a wide array of RP for each regiment or group of regiments can do in each event so as to not sideline them. Although with that said, you cannot force them to do specific things, but rather lead them on a loose path they should follow. a good EM should create the objectives that need to be reached, but let the players decide how they make it from point to point.
