Do you have any questions for BCOs?

Recommended Posts

Do you have any questions you would like to ask the Battalion Commanders of your own/other regiments, that you don't believe need to be said in person or you think it may be a stupid question?

Or do you have something you would like the Battalion Commanders to know or look into.

How does the "officer evaluations" work this time around?

Did they finish? did they just start? are they different from  before?

Or do you guys not know.

To answer your questions,

Or do you guys not know.
BCO's didn't know evaluations were happening and they too were evaluated.
Every army regimental Officer, Commander & Battalion Commander were evaluated by IHCA & Lieutenant General Pro.

Did they finish? did they just start?
They started on the 1st of April 2021 and were organised months before. They have been concluded as of yesterday, 20th of April 2021.

are they different from  before? - How does the "officer evaluations" work this time around?
Different? no. It's a simple concept, CL3 - CL5 are evaluated by a list of criteria on different commanding characteristics.
Those who have failed the Officers Evaluation will be told of their results in the upcoming days and will be punished accordingly.

Why do you think Bucky Barnes was able to shake off the Winter Soldier psychological implant during "Captain America: Civil War" and during his time in Wakanda afterwards?

T’Challa’s royal little sister developed an algorithm that scrubbed Bucky’s trigger words out of his brain without damaging his personality.

What are bcos?

na

when are Bcos?

BCOs are Battalion Commanders - Higher Ups in the chain of command - Above the rank of commander but does not operate as the head of each individual regiment - Battalion Commanders can only be in the Base Regiment i.e. Storm Troopers of 439th/Shore Troopers of 275th/Vader's Fist of 501st/Shock Troopers of 107th.

Battalion Commanders hand on messages to the Commanders which will then be handed onto the Officers of the regiment.

If you need to talk to a higherup you would start asking from just above your rank, and if they cannot help, move onto the next rank- unless it is something about the rank.

Chain of Command: Officer / Commander / Battalion Commander / Imperial High Command / SCMD.

Battalion Commanders are now.

(Matto - 275th BCO), (Craig - 501st BCO), (Curly - 107th BCO), (Jugger - 439th BCO)

Non-army regiments do not have Battalion Commanders / Purge, Death Troopers & CompForce
