Imperial Gaming Posted March 29, 2021 Share Posted March 29, 2021 Imperial Gaming Staff Structure (07/09/21) The following image outlines the structure for the various Imperial Gaming teams. This should allow for the ease of communication and outline the points of contact you should be making for appropriate matters in the hierarchy. Server Structure Secondary Groups Management Structure The Management Team is comprised of the Owner and Two Managers whom work together, however, each have a primary focus. The Owner makes executive decisions and is there to provide guidance and work closely with the management team to direct the server. The Server Manager handles the day to day running of the server and decision making of what projects will be undertaken for the benefit to the server (Currently undertake by the Community Owner). The Staff Manager handles all related matters with the Moderation Team with the aide of, at the higher level, the Senior Administrators and at the lower level, Administrators. The Event Manager handles all related matters with the running of the Event Team with the aide of, at the higher level, the Lead Event Master and at the lower level, Senior Event Masters.
