(Not sure on specific details as it happened awhile ago) Why do you believe you deserve to be unbanned / given a second chance: I had no intent of poaching or advertising but unfortunately what I did fell under that category which leads to a perma ban, I knew it was my mistake so I had given it a year and saw the server today and wanted to join as it is one of the only good imperial servers near me, I understand what I did was my fault and I have learnt from that and wont do it again.
