Guest [E-38] Yoshikage
I brought a 50hp boost from the f3 shop and I accidentally sold it. I clicked the buy option once and nothing happened to I clicked it again and then it brought and sold it. I'm guessing this was just input lag on my side but it made me sell my health boost and now I am 75,000 points in the hole. Am I able to get these points back since it was a mistake and was caused by lag? Please respond at your earliest convenience. Thank you for reading my post! Phobia
This has happen 2 me before I just sucked it up but maybe the dev team could implement a are you sure you want 2 sell this or something of those lines
John
There should be an “Undo” button after you buy something, a bit like the one in league @Bailey
Welly
Hmm.. if there was a minute long period where you can refund it. If you didn't refund it, the perks of what you bought would only work after the minute to stop abuse of it. Example: get 150HP boost, you have 1 minute to refund it 100% back, if you don't then as soon as the minute period to refund it ends, you can use the item you bought. Atleast something along those lines, John's works too. Could just make the Sell button unpressable for a second or two after purchasing something. Also, yeah, I did the same for the 300hp boost when that was a thing, twice. So many lost points.

I think the best solution is added a "Are you sure you want to Sell" prompt but both of these ideas are still good and it would be great if the dev team added at least one of these ideas to the f3 shop. Mauler
Back when I bought the Dual SE-14s, lime came and told me that the Dual DC-15s are statiscally better. I took his word for it and sold my SE14s for the DC15s. The Dual DC15s are so shit and I realised this so I transferred back and lost 100k from the switching. It wasn't that bad and I've gotten it back now but mean it was annoyinh.
Bailey
@Kumo and @Ragetank might have some time to make the ‘are you sure?’ Button with the prompt being something like “Are you sure you’d like to buy/sell (ITEM) for (CREDIT AMOUNT)” or something.

Kappa
Honestly not digging on anyone that has done this but yeah. I've bought stuff that sucked then sold it minutes later but I don't think people should be compensated for not liking a weapon as that's on them for not getting the details before buying. Accidentally purchasing something on the other hand is something that's just a pain if it occurs. I'm agreeing with Bailey's Idea to put in a pop-up that asks "Are you sure you want to purchase this item?" before going along with the final transaction. I can also see people taking advantage of a 1 minute timer as many people could sell all their stuff, buy the rocket launcher, and use it for combat then just sell it with no consequence.
