  • Have you had any warns (If so state them)?
1, ERP, put porn inside an RT droid
  • Have you had any bans (If so state them)?
    No
  • Have you been staff on any other servers or communities (If so state them)?
    no
  • Why are you applying to be an Event Master?
I want to contribute to the server in a positive way as well as helping DT and ISB when they require an EM. I want to be involved in the server in a way that i can make the experience more fun for everyone by creating interesting and entertaining events as well as being able to help others with their ideas. I may not be as well known on the server as others but I can bring dedication and am willing to get to know everyone on the server. A prior server i used to play on had a very declining rate of players and (Even though i do not thing that IG will go any time soon) i do not want to see that happen again.
  • What do you believe you can bring to the Event Master team?
My decent knowledge on lore as well as my willingness to learn and participate on the server as well as my enthusiasm. I may not be the most creative with ideas but I will bring in events that make sense and are truly interactive to all regiments on the server not just the ones front most and centre. I am a fast learner and when i really put my mind to something i can really get out good ideas that not only flow but make sense lore wise and are fun for others to play. I would like to work with COMPNOR or IHC to create small individual events that each regiment can be involved in to create an immersive and enjoyable experience.
  • What do you believe you can do to make Events more fun, enjoyable and inclusive?
During different events, have different fire teams focusing on different objectives to make it more inclusive instead of one regiment running in head first. I will always have an ear open for everyone on the server so that they can give ideas and feedback to make the future of events more fun. I will bring roles for every regiment to play so that everyone involved can have something their regiments specialise in such as special forces going undercover and using their equipment to bring down enemy operations from the inside while 6th army have a continuous attacks as a distraction and so on and so forth
  • Do you have basic knowledge of ULX commands?
    No
  • Anything else you would like to add?
Even though I do not know ULX commands I can learn quickly.

Sorry my man but I’m going to leave a -1 here for:

~ The Application appears to be lacking detail and the answers look small and appear almost without effort put into it.

~ 1 week 5 days although hits the minimum requirement, it doesn’t allow you to get known throughout the community. Although I’m sure that people in your Regiment and branch might KNOW know you, me - someone not in your branch at all - , I don’t have much in the way of interaction with you if any and I feel like I am pretty prominent throughout the community.

~ Event Ideas are good but are on the smaller side. The ideas seem a little bland but are thankfully not generic.

There's no way that 1 week is enough to get anyone well known in the community, yet it's the minimum. That in my books means that as long as you have the playtime, you're good. Besides, as the application ages I have no doubt that you'll become more well known on IG. However despite this I can't turn a blind eye to the lack of detail here and some minor grammatical errors.

This leads me to leave this application with a NEUTRAL. I will be willing to update this if you can show the detail and effort for this application. Good luck!

Upon review of all responses and submitted event ideas, I will be currently leaving a -1 for this application. Details where faults reside are stated below:

General Response to Questions:

All responses are incredibly short. Indicating that this application was thrown together in under an hour with minimal effort, damaging the security that you will put in the same amount of effort should you join the Event Team. I highly advise the you look over other accepted applications found in the general EM application hub.

Proposed Event Idea One:

The choice of using the Hutt's is interesting, although there is a reason why they aren't used significantly as enemies in events as their relationship is very fragile within the lore and can be easily broken if you're not careful. I will bring up these issues throughout the breakdown of both event ideas. A major mistake with this event idea is that you have not outlined what map you will be moving to. Just assuming that you will be moving to an "outer-rim map" doesn't cut it. After reading through the rest of the idea, it would also be suitable for you to list that this event takes place off-ship.

Event Description

I like the idea of the Hutt's using the Galactic Civil War as an opportunity to expand their territories, although this would most definitely result in an all out secondary war with the Hutt clan you are choosing to use, stretching out over multiple events, not just two. I'd advise that you remove the order from Grand Moff Tarkin entirely as to not assume that he will provide such an order if something goes wrong, but instead replace it with something along the lines of: "As the ISD Chimaera is the closest vessel to the planet of invasion, they are forced to assist". I am unsure of why an Imperial Armoury would still hold a TX-130 tank in their possession after such a long period of time, but they would hold multiple, not just one. If there was to only be one used in the event, it would be taken out immediately, and pose no more than a momentary bullet sponge for the player base.

Event Character Loadout's

The description of the event idea is lacking in detail for certain areas, particularly in the EC Loadout section. It is highly recommended (and I will bring up in event idea two) that you actually find the model names for those you are going to use in the event as just assuming that they exist on the server content pack is not enough. Another issue with the EC Loadout's is the general use of a Geonosian model. If you are familiar with the current standing lore, right after the rise of the Empire, the entirety of Geonosis was glassed to eradicate anyone with knowledge of the Death Star from leaking the information to the wrong people. Now this glassing event does not remove the possibility that their are more Geonosian's out there in the universe, although they would be very low in numbers and you must have an extensive reason and backstory for using them. An example of creating such a backstory can be seen in my application for becoming an Event Master here from pages 3-5.

Event Scenario (Breakdown)

The majority of the events execution is adequate, although a number of issues need to be outlined, starting with the assumptions. As you have not listed any map to be used, you cannot assume that your Event Characters will have any building to group up in, nor can you assume that it won't have Imperial personnel grouped up inside it at the time of when they move into it. Another major issue is the assumption that the Hutt Thugs will be surprised of an attack occurring. You would assume that once they literally invade a stockpile of Imperial equipment, they would expect a retaliation from the Empire anytime soon. The rest of the event appears fine from this moment onward's, assuming that the defenders will have a building to group up in for the final defense. I have also taken the liberty of grabbing a suitable map for you to use, here. It contains a large building on it's far eastern side that should be suitable for a final defence.

I want nothing more than to see you succeed, but some major changes must be done to change my current negative to a positive.

Good Luck.

Hey Knight,

I've reviewed your application, however I can't justify placing you on a trial period with such little playtime, given that your application is not very detailed and/or re-formatted.

Please consider adding more detail to your app and event examples, as well as formatting the application to be easier to read.
