Kristofer 920
To make another annual celebratory post. | One Year | - 2019 Profile Photos by Order - | Senior Event Master | Hi all, A year ago, on the 6th of January, 2019, I was accepted into the EM team after only less than a week of my initial application being up. I was trained on how to run events by Basil who taught me the ins and outs of the basics on running an event. First Event My very first event, I still remember till now, was supervised by Mike. It was about a group of newly transferred recruits who are brainwashed into betraying the Empire by the traitorous Major General Cod of the ISD 'Obedience'. It was alright. People enjoyed it! However, it's sub-par by today's standards. Rising Through the Ranks I can't exactly recall when I was promoted to Junior EM, but I believe it was around the second or third week of being an EM. I was then promoted to full EM a week or two after that. I managed to get a name for myself for being a notorious server-crasher by the ISB, eventually it spread towards outside of ISB and became a server-wide meme, earning its own forums thread. The promotions were on hold for a while, but the events kept running. Clocked up more and more events by the weeks! Eventually, Rook went up the Server Event Manager and I took on the role of a Senior Event Master with my fully new abilities, such as - well, things like, being able to do, uh, I was able to ragdoll people! So that was an absolute win! Falling then Rising Back Up to Fall Again A couple of months after, I decided to be a big idiot and get myself demoted back down to Event Master. Yeah, wasn't great. ISB made that a big fat meme and is still now to this day. Fortunately, I managed to climb myself out of the 10 foot hole I dug myself in and got the Senior Event Master role back. Unfortunately, I lost the title of Server Crasher due to being one-upped by Naptune's skill. As always, the new generation beats the old. Throughout 2019, I've received a handful of personal achievements. Those being: 1. Accepted in the EM team 2. Received a promotion to Junior EM, received PAC3 3. Received a promotion to EM 4. Received a promotion to SEM 5. Reclaimed SEM after a demotion 6. Won the award for Event Master of the Year 7. Clocked a total of 155 events throughout the year I've had an absolute blast throughout the year as an Event Master, and I've enjoyed my time running events for the server. Unfortunately, all things come to a break. Which is why I will be retiring from the Event Master team as of tomorrow and I'm joking again. I'm not going to leave for a good long while. Have a good one everyone. 1 1
