Neutral!

Very trustable and friendly which is great for an EM.

However:

Needs alot more detail in the main app.

First event idea seems uninspired, although this could be saved with some sort of extra part to the event.

Best o' luck, Eggos!

Reasons:

  • Application responses are severely lacking in detail.
  • Event examples that are provided are severely lacking in detail and thought.
  • Reasoning within responses is bland and quite generic.
  • Event example concepts are rather basic and for the most part are rather inclusive in most aspects.

This app overall is severely lacking in overall detail which shows that little time or effort has been put into the creation of this application. In order to get a good understanding on the amount of detail and explanation you should be aiming to provide within your application I suggest looking through some of the previously accepted applications, these can be found at the following link;

Seems like a good guy that is quite active from experiences I have had with him in game. Application is just lacking detail, sorry but a -1 for this one.

Well said from Sully, I will also be leaving a -1 on Eggos Event Master Application for the reasons stated above. Another reasoning of why I -1’ed the app is because I believe he is not well known within the community and should take some time to socialise with other players and get more involved within the forums.

(sorry if there was bad format, this was wrote on my phone)

Eggos is super responsible and has been an excellent trooper from my time leading him so far. He has many desirable qualities for the staff team and has been around in the community long enough to know right from wrong. Unfortunately however I’ll be leaving neutral until the application has a little more detail, take a look at some previously accepted applications to see the standard needed.

Best of luck man!

Sorry Eggos but I agree with Sully here, you really should read through some of the accepted applications and read through their event ideas.

He was a decent lad on CWRP and I've seen him around a bit. Neutral from me :)

Eggos is very active on the server although I think an excellent way to prove your enthusiasm and dedication to wanting to be an event master would be to make an application that's quite a cut above the rest! :)  I'm going to be leaving neutral

Application is severely lacking  in detail

Not that im trying to sound rude but, both event ideas sound like events that have been run not too long ago.

Events could be more detailed.

the forums police has spoken :)

In all seriousness Eggos, as Sully has said, you'd make a brilliant EM; you just need to show what you're capable of in your application - look at some accepted em apps, compare them to your own, watch out for grammar throughout your application, add some more details to every answer (in conjunction with more creativity in your event examples

)

I'll leave my response as a 'neutral.'

Good luck :)

Eggos mate, from the times I’ve interacted with you, you seem like a nice guy in game but you have to add a lot more detail and unique features to your questions as well as your event examples. Unfortunately at this time I am going to have to -1 this until these issues are rectified.

-1 For Reasons Stated Above^

But Even though Eggos your Getting -1's From people.  The Main Reason is all about you not having Detail. If you just work on having more Detail I think you could be a Great EM

Morning; Or Arvo

Thanks for applying however;
Upon detailed analysation of your Event Master Application, I have come to the conclusion of a -1

  • Your application is under detailed; Your answers consist of 1-2 Sentences while other applications have 1 Paragraph or more. I would suggest going into more depth with your answers (Try Looking into the Accepted Section of the Event Master Applications for a grasp on what your EM App Should be like)
  • Both Event Ideas are under EXTREMELLY detailed; Put more details as the job of Event Master includes many twists and turns and being under-prepared for an Event is the recipe for trouble.
  • Both Event Ideas are extremely bland and while they include most regiments, they follow the shoot-em'up formula
  • You have Basic ULX Knowledge which is good; However, would it be possible you show this in a document or such?
  • You have no Bans and/or Warns.

To be honest, this application shows little effort; It'll need an extreme overhaul to be accepted.
Change these aspects of your Application and my verdict will surely change

Good Luck
