Of course Sterling is the Japanese faction, weeb.

The only anime I've ever watched is My Hero Academia. Other than that I have never watched any other anime      Image result for 4weird

Also, interesting its an application now rather than a person from inside the Regiment. Nothing bad about it, just an interesting change!

I think it was mainly because I was the only one in ISB actually remotely interested in applying. Plus, as it turns out I decided not to go for it anyway.

Internal recruiting vs external recruiting.

Internal is always better.

Only a sith deals in absolutes ;P

Generally internally is better, but considering the three external applicants have all done the Black shirt to Tan shirt grind at least once (more than once in some cases) and have done most jobs within the Bureau, I'd rather have the experience than mass promo somebody who may be in ISB now but has less hours and officer experience in the regiment overall, particularly given Dunstig's role in Tarkin's Initiative

Internal options:
1. Someone who will be capped immediately if he got Pterro and better off staying in their current position where they are not capped from promos
2. People too high ranked to want Pterro
3. People who have been in ISB less time than Kris has been Assistant Chief for

External options:
1. Ex-Officer ISB who have already worked their way up through the operative and agent roles, sometimes numerous times, well familiarised with their responsibilities as ISB officers.

Yeah nah I'm going to take the external options, not to mention the fact that picking internally means I lose 1 TI staff, lose 1 CL3 officer etc... doesn't make any sense at all.
But by all means tell me how to recruit for my own regiments lmao

He be right, 100% agree with Ton on this one. Why he is Krennic after all.
After a big boy leaving ISB, he will remain anonymous, and another on the cusp of leaving, the worst case would lose a Head Agent to a position such as Dunstig. (For Obvious reasons that aren't that obvious to people that haven't been apart of ISB now that I think about it. But alas, that's why The Director of ISB is in charge of recruiting)

Well what I actually meant was offer the position internally first, then externally but I agree with the following responses
