Name the best SWRP event you ever played

Recommended Posts

alright its in the title, simple. it doesnt have to be IG events, swrp in general. ALRIGHT GO!

my favourite was on EG and we were on a desert planet surrounded by rebels next to some cargo. inside the cargo was weapons and the EM spawned weapons everywhere for you to pick up. at the end of the event, i had every weapon in the game.

This event where we went to rp_forest_apocalypse, hijacked a Rebel Command Outpost, then boarded a Venator orbiting the planet to destroy it from the inside.

I think it happened on April 1st this year and got a final vote of 41/50 people liking it.

Oh wait, that was an event did.

I ran that event back on EG, I usually did and came up with the weapon spawning/supply drop stuff. I remember I ran that event I made you guys defend a cargo LZ for a while on Tatooine next to the Jawa Sand Crawler

Event on EG where I was a Disciple of Vader (sith, basically IG Marauders just under the command of Vader and Dark Council) at the time. The final map of EG before it went under was a snow base that was originally one of the rotation maps until our Star-destroyer was decimated by an orbital strike during a rebel attack, we spent around 2 months on that map and there was a blizzard that caused players to get !freeze *name* if they were out side of the base for too long, and there was a Transparent Force Using Bug Queen that was able to summon smaller Transparent bugs that could run extremely fast and did about 75 dmg a hit then a group of storm troopers and ARC Troopers moved out when the blizzard had temporarily cleared to find a friendly base far out in the badlands that had been frozen over but had defrosted, to reveal about 4-6 frozen to death storm troopers and a lot of cargo that had to be transported back to the base, but they ended up leaving it behind they returned to the base and kept hearing howls, heavy foot steps and screeching noises. The event took about an hour to go completely through with it and it was meant to be a small event for the 37 people online. [It got about 32/37 because some were AFK] (It turned into a regimental RP campaign because the Bug Queen and the Zombie King never died they just emitted red smoke and dug under the ground and hid). In a few hours I will link the google document that I used for my sith RP documents.

Welshy event when the server was lowish population.

Went to the map with multiple planets that you can fly to we were all split up into squads and sent to specific planets, i was piloting one of the drop ships went down onto the planet eliminated all the enemies and restarted the radio before leaving some troopers there and moving to support the other planets with the medic from our squad (stitches i think.)

Really enjoyed the mobility of it and the cooperation as a squad made up of multiple regiments rather then working in single regiment groups and there was just a lot of cooperation and mutual support throughout the event with teams holding locations while other teams moved to reinforce others with all specialist skills being utilized as required such as myself and stitches moving to provide cover and healing or the pilots providing movement and air support from drop ships.

Would enjoy more events where you combine skill sets and move as a squad of various skills rather then just regiments or everyone moving as a large mass i like having a plan that at least kind of stays consistent though gets adapted in response to the enemy and other factors that may affect it.

Cant remember who ran it,

We all were split up into squads and we had to take planets, kinda a KOTH type scenario, whoever took the most planets won the round then we retarted and went again.

Was actually alot of fun, can only think it tooka tonne of organisation tho.

The first event I ever played in.

I was actually approached by Shore troopers (F.) and trained up to be an ST.

Because of my nativity, I hadn't known that this level of immersion, cohesion, and operation was a thing among a server of over 70 players. Therefore when I saw it in action, it was awe-inspiring.

The Doctor series, run by Welshy. Amazing events, that had me on edge the whole time. Especially when Grif, Widow, and ST all got holed up in a makeshift fort, near TIE Bays, and we had to fight off waves and waves of zombies.
