Why are you applying for this position?: I am applying for this position because I believe I can help more this way. I love this community TOO much, I've been with it for months now and I'm not stopping anytime soon. I've seen Mods come, and go, and I'd like to do my part as a Trial-Moderator. I have seen a lot of minges recently and have not been able to deal with them, and I'd like to change that right now. I would do a lot more good as a Mod then I have done as an Event Master recently.

How will allowing you to be apart of our staff team help us: I've been with this community for ages and have lots of knowledge on how the server works, most of the players, how the staff work, and how I could be a good Trial-Mod. From this experience, I have seen how most of the other Mods deal with situations and I believe from the experience that I learned from that, I could be a good Moderator as well.

What can you bring to Imperial Gaming: As I stated above, I have a lot of experience with the server and how it works and I could use that knowledge that I have, to deal with anyone and anything that needs to be dealt with. I believe in the phrase "The more, the merrier." and believe that if I could become a Trial-Mod, it would help the server, as some of the other Mods/Admins that are too busy to deal with admin calls/situations, I can be there to deal with it in any way possible.

+1 - FOR SURE. Gotaki has been a great member of the EM team and has even helped me to develop as a person and as staff. Really there is no reason, not to accept him. Excellent trooper, loyal to IG and great at RP. I look forward to still working with you buddy.

+1 Gotaki is a mature, well-mannered and also very sincere person. He is also a creative and interactive Event Master. I highly suggest Gotaki for a position as moderator as he will serve that role well with his true dedication and love.

He's currently an Event Master on the server. I believe his EM application hasn't been resolved (locked and moved) accordingly.

You do well as an event master. Your events are good and you do them often so you are a huge benefit to the server. In my opinion we need more good EM's as they entertain the server and without them, some people may not have a fun time. I have nothing against you becoming a Moderator, it's just that I think you should stay EM as you do a great job at it.

I am slightly unsure about this transfer only because I think you do a really good job as Event Master. As @Trident said, there is currently a shortage of EMs. However it's no reason not to plus one you because I think you would do very good at T-Mod. In my opinion, you are fantastic at what you do already but it is totally up to you.

As for them, Minges do have a role to play on the server. They are likely to be regarded as a resource in which we show the consequences of peoples actions. Though we both know they come in ratings and different levels. Some people are worse than others, some atleast try to become better. Its them 100% Cancers that are not optimistic, and show no signs of changing that we truly deal with, and bury in the ground. There are a lot of graves, but it isn't just a moderator's job to deal with these people. Even the simple Player, of any rank, can actively encourage a positive outlook and great decision making upon those who don't conform to the servers criteria of acceptable behavior. As Moderator you hold a level of authority, something you must analyze, and really think about, because the decisions you make here on out, are a lot more important. Encourage the aspects we hold valuable and acceptable across all layers of the server (TeamSpeak, OOC, and in-Character) and you can basically form a domino effect, of people teaching good habits and mitigating bad habits. The form of sharing advice becomes key information, and general decency amongst everyone : especially those identified as the troublesome can be perceived as a great learning opportunity.

Consistently emulating a good atmosphere as can help for the mitigation of problems before they arise. Users are normally our first point of contact on the server, even their discouragement of bad behavior can process in-character protocols to deal with unacceptable behavior or actions, that then we only may need to be notified about. Removing them from the public, by the practices of Troopers, can decrease the amount of time Staff have to spend on an incident or situation. Trust in Training practices and Job Protocols. Some of em get off on the fact they are being admin sat, compared to if they were stuck in jail amongst the brig, they would feel less important having to conform to Trooper protocols, that may or may not have no actual verbal contact with any staff member.

As soon as the words come out of our mouth, we only have a limited control on how people interpret it.

Simply because EMs are pretty scarce at the moment. It is your choice, however.

I have no doubt you would be great as a TMOD, but you really shine as an EM.

100% agree with Trident. Also we are pretty much full on staff / Trial-Mod+ so this make take a long time to get accepted or denied.
in my opinion stay as the rank you are now as an EM because currently all I ever see now is Junior Event Masters.
How ever it is your decision to be made good luck

If you have left the community then why do you still -1, +1 peoples applications. If your not part of the community don't even bother looking at them.
