More content will be removed from the server in the coming fortnight to allow for new content as it is released or brought forward.

 

Changes coming soon:

  • New job code has been written from scratch and is undergoing checks and testing in preparation to implementation to the server. Once we have determined the implementation timeframe we will let you know. With this we have decided to remove old regiments, add new regiments, refit existing regiments and merge other regiments to give the server a new clean feel. This has involved us rewriting the 10000 lines of job code cleaning out a lot of unnecessary code that has built up over a year. With this we have discussed with the focus group all of the changes and these are listed below:

    • Added:

      • Banshee Squdron (Replace Pilots)

      • Nashtah Squadron (Replace Pilots)

      • Regional Government (Replace ALD & Bring Grand Moff Tarkin from Navy across)

      • 996th Imperial Guards (Replace Storm Marines & Nova Troopers as guards, Nova Troopers to return back to the general population as an attack regiment with Black & Yellow models)

      • Vector Company (Replacing Magma & Incinerators)

      • Tank Troopers (Attached to Pilots with maximum 4 people) (Will only be used once Management Team decide with rules in place)
         

    • Removed:

      • ALD

      • Darth Maul

      • IC Ahiwa Squad

      • IC Delta Squad

      • Imperial Commando Squad 40 Darman

      • Imperial Commando Squad 40 Niner

      • Imperial Commando Squad 40 Rede

      • Incinerator Trooper

      • Juggernaut

      • Knights of Zakuul

      • Magma Trooper

      • Military High Command (Move into Imperial High Command)

      • Event Job now has multiple pre-fabricated roles for EMs to use to make events easier.

      • Bounty Hunters formed into one Job Category.

      • Imperial Droids formed into one Job Category.

      • Veres added to Imperial High Command.

      • ALD, Grand Moff Tarkin & General Romodi moved to Government.

      • All ranks Major General (& Equivalent) and above moved to Imperial High Command from Army, Navy & SFC.

      • Commander rank removed from regiments with new rank model put in place.

      • New ISB ranks.

      • New Engineer ranks.

      • New SFC (Pilot) ranks.

      • Health standardisation for all regiments with regiments formed into two categories.

      • Heavy class moved back into regiments (Which regiments that will be able to use will be decided later)

      • New support class added to regiments, this class will have a shield and bacta injector to help medics on the battlefield (Which regiments that will be able to use will be decided later) (Replacing Rescue Troopers)

      • Riot models now have pauldrons.

      • Rancor models fixed.

      • New models for Secretaries.

      • New model for Widow Squad.

      • Plus much more which has escaped my head.

 

    • Still to be discussed:

      • Cinder Squad
         

  • New maps are still in discussion with Event Master team and this will continue to be ongoing.

  • Quest system is currently going to go back into production however it will start production again After pointshop, utime and new maps are added/fixed.

  •  Pointshop is currently undergoing work.

 

Changes I would like to add:

  • Swap functionality for Generals to be able to swap into Officers uniform to increase roleplay.
  • Swap functionality to Medics to allow for onship uniform a discretion of Medic Commander.
  • Swap functionality for Stormtroopers to use Snow Trooper uniform.

@Joel,

Prophets are being moved into Marauders. Rescue troopers are being offered positions in Medical or will be able to take a support slot in a regiment.

I havent seen him on the server since I started all the way back in 2016

Hi @Excalibur,

Due to the way the server is coded no old job was able to be removed once it was in there. So for jobs like Darth Maul the model was gone but it was still taking up space in the LUA. So with this cleanup, we are able to start fresh on the Job LUA. ?

When Maul got axed in that Star Wars Rebels episode back in late March of 2017, the in-game job was locked out but it remained in the job code.
