Why are you applying for this position?: I am applying for T-Mod to help out the server as much as it needs. If I become T-Mod I will try to achieve my goals and help with those who need help. if another staff member needs help I will help with what ever they need or help a regular player if they need help understanding how to play or if something needs to be dealt with such as: RDM, RDA, Fail RP etc. My goals for if I become a T-Mod are: to always put role play aside for people that need help with anything, Helping other staff when they need it no matter what and to try and stay as active as I can be on the server even if it hits under 15 players. If i can role play and be a T-Mod while trying to keep all my goals unbroken then i think i would become a reliable person to the staff team.

How will allowing you to be apart of our staff team help us: Like I said on the previous question I would be another staff member to help the community with what ever they need including other staff. I would try to enforce the rules of the server without people hating me or the server because of it, I wold try to be a non biest person even if my best friend is in the wrong and my enemy is in the right I would be reasonable and calm during the whole sit and try to sort it out. If any staff needs help I will help to the very end no matter what, in role play and out of role play and same with normal players just trying to have fun. I am a reasonably active person and enjoy Garry's Mod, me being apart of staff on Imperial gaming would help with the amount of staff on during late hours of role play when most staff are asleep or at work.

What can you bring to Imperial Gaming: There is not much i can bring to Imperial Gaming besides another staff member to help with whom ever needs help including events.

Neutral - Decent application. Not good enough though.

1. The amount of times people say they will help the server without providing details on how they will achieve that is overwhelming. EXPLAIN HOW YOU WILL HELP. You will get nowhere if you can't explain.

2. I said this once and I will say it again. TELL US HOW YOU ARE GOING TO HELP!? There is absolutely no use just saying you will without providing evidence. It's utterly useless. You say you are "reasonably" active. HOW ACTIVE IS THAT? EXPLAIN! Another problem is this section is full of spelling errors. Would've been a good idea to proof read your application.

4. All you need to do is put NO. Are you supposed to gain anything from this?

5. So you are lying in this application? Having just an extra staff member isn't good enough. You have to be willing to help the server and it's player base as much as you can as a moderator.

6. Here's some feedback for you.

The rest of this is good enough to pass off as "decent". You are very lucky to be getting a neutral. I was feeling VERY generous for you today.

Alright Gotaki maybe you have something against me for some reason and i don't understand why.

I don't know why you said "EXPLAIN HOW YOU WILL HELP", if you read over the application properly you would have read my goals, those goals are the answer for how can I help.

For the 4th question I just answered the question like it said and it would be better to go into detail with the question to help describe it and so your application wont be short and it will help it look better and well written. +1 is a calm and collected guy who i have seen both teach and lead. While he was in shock he showed his ability to resolve situation using his tools at hand without abuse (Verbal and with tools) and resolved all situations without a hitch. Would make a great T-Mod and im excited to see him join the servers moderator ranks. GL with you interview/application and i wish you the best of luck.

Honestly I've really liked this guy ever since he joined my shadow guard, he has so much potential. Very mature guy. It's a +1 from me mate. Don't forget he was a head event master for militaryrp as well
