Removal of Campaigns

Always when there was an event, we would lose 20 players at least. We would go from 100 players to 80 players for that night. It was an issue for players (having no time for passive rp and the like) and event masters (having to make events). Now, its just awful. Especially now, it is crucial to have a high player count. At a particular point today, the server crashed twice and we lost THIRTY PLAYERS. That was half the players online. It was such a setback and made that final event of the campaign awful. Remove this shit.

Even better, move campaigns to the event server (if it still around). People who are into campaigns can do them someplace else while the rest of the players who only want periodic events can stay on the main server.

The 2nd Server might still be a thing but it was thought up by Fox (Who is now gone) and was being worked on (apparently) by Caboose (Who is obviously also gone).

Campaigns are only good the time between the first event and the next is about a day. If the campaign events are split up all in one day with a 40 minute intermission it's not fun. Usually people are fine at the end of one long event anyway.

[NOTICE]

I am aware everybody does not really like Campaigns, That is why currently I am reworking when/how Campaigns will work. And how they run. For an instance all EM's will be now creating the story before they run it and add the smaller things to make events more immersive. Also have more depth/role-play opportunities for all players. More will be revealed when the time is right. For now sit tight and enjoy the events that are thoughtfully created for you the players.

 

P.s. If you have ideas for events, post them in the suggestion/idea area and we will view them. Do NOT message us in-game.
