Hello all, it is I once again. After having some bad luck with my last applications I decided that this would be the last application I put in, and like people say, "third times a charm". I have put careful consideration into this application, and meticulously gone through it to make sure its the best it possibly can be. I thank you all for reading.

Why are you applying for this position?:
I am applying for this position as I feel as if being apart of the Staff Team would be a great honor and to be able to be a representative of Imperial Gaming would also be a great honor. I have been informed that I am responsible enough for a staffing position (IRL) and also on the server, which I personally agree with, however that sounds like I'm boasting, which I would never want to do as it would ruin my reputation and overall image on the server. I am also fully dedicated to helping people, as helping people genuinely makes me happy as it makes other people happy. I personally think I have the dedication, patience, responsibility, obedience, and overall common sense to be able to assist running a server. Seeing as I'm normally on around the 9 AM AEST mark I can run the server seeing as usually no admins are on at that time. The main reason I am applying for this position is to help and make the server strive.
How will allowing you to be apart of our staff team help us:
I believe you making me apart of the Staff Team will help by me being able to help in anyway possible, or run the server while no admin is on, or help create a friendlier community, or many other things. All these things can be accomplished by just being helpful, which is what I strive to be. Even if I don't get the position, I'll still try my best to help the staff and players of the server. In sits, I have discovered some Staff Members don't take all sides of the story, which isn't a shot at any Mods or Admins, I can fix that as I am apart of a Law Family meaning I have been taught in the ways of taking all sides of the story. This will also help with people getting wrongly banned or warned. I can help by keeping the peace on the server by giving warns out for things such as RDM, minging, People being disrespectful to players and staff and a lot more. Seeing as I was in a commander position on the server, I believe I can show all the qualities and traits a moderator would need, such as, respect, patience, dedication, authority and so on. I plan to adapt these skills into a moderating position. 
Have you been a Staff on previous servers if so please list them:
I am quite sad to say that I have not been staff on any GMOD servers, however I am willing to learn.
Have you had any warnings, kicks or bans if so please list them:
I am quite pleased to say that I do not have not had any bans, kicks, or warns. I sincerely hope to keep it that way
What can you bring to Imperial Gaming:
I can bring a fun but also obedient experience to the server. I also wish only to help, as I have stated before. I am determined to bring all of these things to the server and I believe it is possible. Another thing I can bring is dedication to the server, as I only play on this server and I believe it will stay that way. I can also inform other staff members about issues on the server that isn't solvable by myself, as I am on quite a bit (unhealthy amounts) 
Anything else you would like to add:
I would like to add that if I mess up in any way and I get a staff report I will resign as I would feel like I failed the server and disappointed many people, and I seriously can't deal with that.
Terms
I accept that I am a representative of Imperial Gaming, and that I have been given these powers to make the experience of others better. I understand that advertising my application can get it denied. I accept that I may be demoted at any time by a senior member of staff without prior warning, as long as a valid reason is given. I have read all the rules and understand them completely, if not I will ask a higher staff member for a better explanation.

I can see where you are coming from, but I got some constructive criticism on my last post saying some stuff from there was invalid, so I basically took the important parts out of my old forum post and edited it for this one.

Hello Tackxo, due to you already making two previous applications, I'll be giving you a -1. I would suggest sticking around a bit more. These previous applications didn't include much detail. Pretty stockstandard application aswell, (I can be on when staff are offline sorta stuff). Good intentions but your points are lacking and they are poorly structured. Here is an example of what you could write, (Being in a commanding position on the server allows me to display the qualities and traits  needed by moderator, such as, respect, patience, authority and so on. I plan to incorporate the qualities I have gained from previous commanding positions in everyday moderating) Just a brief example of what you could say or something along the lines of it. Overall, the points you have made pretty much the same from your last app which is fine but I feel as though you have sorta spammed applications instead of just editing previous ones. Just wait a bit and I'll +1

Hello Tackxo,

As much as the responses above are true, I am still going to give you a +1. Certainly, most people on IG would know what it is like to be applying for staff the first time, and it is awesome for you to be starting with this server. You are extremely active, you don't tolerate any mingeing and you are amazingly mature yet funny at the same time. I feel as though making two applications before does not make a difference towards how people should judge this application, and I see it as somewhat unfair although people have the right to make their own opinions of what they want. Your playtime is also pretty average, but I feel as though it's a decent amount of time to be applying for staff, just as long as you stay active.

^ Well said, I agree. Neutral (leaning to -1, because it doesn't seem like you have learnt from past apps of not just yourself, but the many examples inside 'Accepted' and 'Rejected' forum applications.)

Tackxo, throughout the entire time that I have known him, has been mature and has put many suggestions forward that staff can appreciate, such as stricter punishments against ship hijackers, which is a very present issue.

Tackxo could properly enforce his suggestions and have the freedom to make more additions to management of the server if he were to become a Moderator.

Tackxo is mature, competent and a pleasant person to be around and deal with, as well as professional within RP and out.

+1 I have known this guy from the beginning, and he has displayed maturity, kindness, honesty and much more. Although I was close to a neutral Tackxo, not because of you, but because of the fact you have mad 3 applications, I am not exactly against this as you waited the required weeks but I feel you could have put a lot more detail in as you have done this 3 times.

That was my only negative, but other than that...

Hey Soontir Fel's/Tackxo's,

Your information and structure of your application is great, although you seem to lack how to write what you want. What I mean by this is, the wording of your app is odd, and a little hard to follow. The structure of said sentences are good, but the wording is odd. Some words within the app don't need to be capitalized. 

I have seen you in game, and you are very mature and friendly in how you run pilots. I am sure that you will be able to continue this, if/when you get staff, holding a higher role, both RP and OOC, as you have proven you can indeed, have the role. 

+1 You have shown you are very mature, and indeed right for the role as Mod.

I think you have potential but you keep rushing these applications out. Most people wait a month after their first was denied. You've put out 3 within a month and none of them were denied. You just made them because the replies weren't what you wanted? So again I stay neutral but like I said you have good potential with little patience.
