I strongly believe that i can bring fun and creative events to the server that everyone can participate in and enjoy. I want to be a part of the team that really brings to life the roleplaying aspects the server has to offer through the exciting and fun events they run. What can you bring to the event master team: I believe that i am dedicated, friendly, hard working, trustworthy and reliable. I can bring my love for creating activities/events that everyone can participate in and enjoy. I am always on the lookout to satisfy people's cravings for things to do in Roleplay, and it gives me a level of accomplishment when i can help do so. I quite often build courses that i can get people to test because i love being able to make the server more fun and enjoyable any chance i get, and i believe being given the opportunity to do it on a much grander scale would benefit everyone involved. What can you do to make events more enjoyable and innovative: My aim is to bring a new and exciting twist to our events. I aim to try and make events less linear and obvious and try to put a fun spin on them which makes people think outside the box and consider things they might usually not have to. I want to make people eagerly await the next event, not *sigh* at the realisation that one is starting. Do you have basic knowledge of ulx commands: Yes i have played with ULX commands on single player servers to familiarise myself with them. Anything else you would like to add: If my event ideas don't manage to peak enough of an interest, i still strongly believe i would be an asset to the EM team, i am always bouncing ideas around for new events to make or things to alter on current ones we run to possibly better them, and i would put 110% of my time and effort into every aspect of the role. Yes Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:183871285 In-game name and rank: Haz - Technican Time Played: 1 week 19hours and 50mins Why are you applying for this position?: I've seen people in my regiment and people be EM's and they seem to enjoy it therefor i want to try it as well to see if i can get as much enjoyment out of it as i enjoy being a event character for sure; maybe i might get more enjoyment when i set it up and watch it unfold. How will allowing you to be apart of our staff team help us?: I am really active and i believe i can add a warming and friendly aspect to the staff team. Furthermore, I can be on a lot and support the community with refreshing and exciting events, for example; When the server is having an off-day and many people are feeling bored etc, i can setup a chill, fun event. Also, I am really welcoming, feel to give me suggestions/tips if i get accepted or what i'm doing wrong because i can take that, and improve. In turn, i can also tell you guys how i think you are doing and what you can improve on, however i think 95% of the staff team are already as good as gold. Have you been an Event Master on previous servers? If so please list them: No i have not unforunately Have you had any warnings, kicks or bans if so please list them: 0 kicks - 0 bans - 2 warns (failrp 11/09/17,failrp 11/11/17) These warns were from while back as you can see, and this was the time when i was below level 10 or just above it. However, i think i have matured and i am willing to change my ways to be more serious as a role player if i get selected into Event Master role. What can you do to make events more enjoyable and attract more people?: I will pre-plan/practice these events offline to see if it will work (little lag, good length; not too long, not too short, etc). To expand, I will create different styles of events for different times of the day, different months etc. For example, on Christmas i could do an event on Hoth (if we have a hoth map) or for ANZAC Day i could setup an event similar to Gallipoli landings, etc. Anything else you would like to add: I really want to try for EM, i will be more active and i want to make people happy. I am passionate for this role and i think i deserve it as i am willing to try my hardest to succeed and give everyone a fun and cool event. Two different example events that you will do if you get accepted for the position of Event Master: First: Mon calamari and the Quarren are fighting again, this time its is over food, water and land. They imperials are flying past and pick up many cruisers and ships nearby on their radars and find mon calamari cruisers and Quarren cruisers. They imperials interrupt their war and ask their leaders to visit their fleets Star Destroyer to see if they can resolve the war, and get more reinforcements. They discuss their sides of the war for hours until they come down to a conclusion, the Mon calamari disagree with the imperials deal however the Quarren agree to this deal. The mon calamari leader leaves in anger and is about to board a dropship when he gets stopped by Shock/Riot . They keep him locked up in ISB being questioned; why he didn't accept the deal. His mon calamari army assumes he has been captured and immediately get into a ship and fly to the Star Destroyer. They storm the Star Destroyer to find their captured leader, they run into many troopers however, they keep pushing for their beloved leader. (* means primary outcome) (^ means secondary outcome) * The mon calamari army retrieve their kidnapped leader and flee on a stolen imperial ship. ^ The mon calamari army fail to reach their leader and fall. In turn, their leader gets publically executed in front of debrief. * The Star Destroyer's weapons system fire at the ship however, only damaging it. * The ship needs to flee to a nearby planet to fix the ship, refuel or ask for evac. * The mon calamari army send a signal to their home planet (Dac) for reinforcements/evac. * The mon calamari cruiser arrives and gives air-support (air striker), also gives reinforcements. OR The mon calamari army get defeated before the reinforcements arrive. * The Mon calamari ask for a high ranking officer in return for their lives * They imperials look weak and near defeat; until the mon calamari cruiser gets shot down by a Quarren cruiser and their fleet. OR The imperials surrender their high ranking officer and lose before the Quarren fleet arrive. * The mon calamari surrender their leader/get exterminated of the planet. * All remaining mon calamari and their leader get taken back to the Star Destroyer to get publically executed in front of debrief. Second: A Jawa tribe has a just recently stolen a pack of Banthas from a local Imperial Mining Group (IMG) on tatooine. The Jawa tribe plan to use the Banthas for food, transport and milk; however the imperials do not know this. The Jawa seem to be keeping them in separate places; They are keeping the ones they are cooking in the Sand Crawler. They are keeping the ones they use for transport near the fallen Blockade Runner and the Sandcrawler. They also keep the ones they use for milk in the Canyon. All these places are heavily guarded by Jawas. (* means primary outcome) (^ means secondary outcome) The imperials go to tatooine, firstly are sent out to investigate for the stolen Banthas IC or half of the troopers and a high ranking officer head towards the Mining complex/cave. They investigate and report back to the LZ with the information. The rest of the troopers head towards the sand crawler. * The imperials push the Jawas out of the sandcrawler leaving the Banthas behind. ^ The Jawas defend against the Imperials; however, the imperials get air support (air strike)/ties taking out the sandcrawler and the Banthas. * The imperials capture the Banthas and send them back to the mining complex. Then the imperials regroup and head to the Blockade runner to search for the other missing Banthas. * The imperials defeat the Jawas at the Blockade runner and push them back to their final refuge. ^ The Jawas defend the imperials and escort the Banthas to their final refuge. The imperials group up once more to push the Jawas at their final camp/farm. * The imperials lose the attack on the Bantha Farm and fall call for reinforcements. ^ The imperials win the attack on the Bantha Farm and capture the remaining Jawas and takes them back to the Star Destroyer to get used as slaves or be executed. * The imperials ask for air support from ties/air strike and capture the remaining Jawas and rescue the Banthas. * The imperials use the remaining Jawas as slaves or be executed on the Star Destroyer and send the Banthas back to the cave.
