This application does not show much promise in quality events. You need to REALLY up the amount of detail you have in your events and the way you are writing it out, they are too small and will honestly not even count as proper events if they were run the way you have described them.

The way you have this set out just makes it confusing to read, and honestly lots of it doesn't make sense, and seems like it's just a mess of random brainstorming.

I know you are a good bloke, but unfortunately this application is about showing the potential you might have in becoming an event master.

If you can improve on what I've described, I've got absolutely no problem with giving you a +1 instead, as I really want to.

What you did was was far from wrong, Poaching players is one of the worst things to do to any server, In my opinion i don't think i could trust someone that does these kinds of things to our community. If this was done out of anger what are the chances you come back get angry and try to recruit for a new server again....

Havoc does have a point. I’ve had this happen to me before and if something like this is implemented it may distract people or interrupt RP situations, generally ruining a user’s immersion.

May change to neutral or +1 in future if you can demonstrate more patience, restraint and resilience.
At this stage, there are players who deserve PAC more, as they are willing to follow the same rules and procedures everybody else is expected to follow
