No Have you had any bans (If so state them)? No Have you been staff on any other servers or communities (If so state them)? Yes I have been part of the Werwolfgaming Staff team for about 10 months. What do you believe is the purpose of Support Team on the server? Staff members should always show their best behaviour on the server and should act as a rolemodel for new and old players equally. They should take actions if needed and assure that the RP can run smoothly while maintaining an RP-friendly environment. Why are you applying to be a Support Team Member? I'm technically not applying to become a staff member, but instead to become a Discord Manager. From what I've seen you guys don't seem to have a discord server yet and I am currently looking for a new community I can support and help growing. (I quit Werwolfgaming after I've realised how toxic that server really was) I took a 3 month break but always had the urge to come back and start over on a new server. What do you believe you can bring to the Support team? I would create and mange/moderate the official community discord and everything that comes with it. I have already been a discord Moderator/Admin on 2 big servers (25.000+ members) and would love to find a new community that I can settle down with. I would also be able to create a provisional discord if you guys need a better understanding/image of what said discord server could look like. Do you understand that you are required to join the support channels and provide assistance to people at all times? Yes Why should you be selected over other applicants? From what I've seen you guys don't seem to have a discord server yet and so I would like to help you create and manage a discord server. Discords are easier to access for most people if you compare to something like a forum or maybe even TeamSpeak. You can make big announcements on it and stay in touch with people easier, even outside of the game. People can check what's going on with the server while at work or in school without the feel of disconnection, which in return leads to them creating a stronger bond to the server and ultimately keeps them as players.
