Yes, Many staff many times on multiple servers cannot remember the name of a few, but here is the one that I believe is most notable:
Oculus Gaming - Founder (specific role staff manager) & Developer (2017-2018)
Myself and the Co-Founder of Republic Gaming Started Oculus Gaming shortly after Republic Gaming shut down.
I left Oculus Gaming March 2018 because the server was doing well I was happy I had created a thriving community and needed to focus on real life for a bit.
To this day Oculus Gaming is still around and normally a full 70 slot DarkRP server just as I left it.

So In total, I have had had 5 years of staffing experience. Although never staffing a Star Wars RP server, Republic Gaming for about 1 and half years had a Star Wars RP (Galaxy) server so I heard the ins and outs of that while it was around.
What do you believe is the purpose of Moderators on the server:
The purpose of a staff member is to serve the community and help any user they can in any way they can. Whether it be just helping them out of a sticky situation or helping them have a more enjoyable time on the server or calmly sorting out a staff situation. The goal of a moderator is to enhance the gaming experience for the user, to protect them for uses who wat to violate that experience and create a safer, more enjoyable, fun community space to be apart of together.
Why are you applying to be a Trial Moderator:
I am applying for staff because staffing is something that I have very passionate about. I enjoy staffing and the new unique situations that present themselves every day. As my previous staffing experience shows I know what I a doing and I see that there is a lot of younger less experienced staff members coming through the community at the moment, which is great because you have to start somewhere and learn. But I think it would be good if there were some more experience staff members there in the lower ranking staff team. So I want to put my hand up (via this application) and be staff to help increase the depth of knowledge that within the staff team and potentially help some of the other staff when they have issues by having someone with a more experience mature outlook on situations there to help.
I love this community. It is so much fun to play in and be a part of. I sometimes see there are not enough staff on at certain times or not enough staff when looking at the ratio between staff and players, having a 128 player slot server. So I want to help make the staff team strong with one extra person there to share the load around. If I was given staff on this server it would also be a great chance to enhance my knowledge on how to staff as I'm always looking for ways to improve.
What do you believe you can bring to the staff team:
I believe that I would be able to bring loads of new ideas to the server and along with that I have had many experiences on other servers with what works and what players like so I would like to utilize that experience and help out any player on the server and make their playtime fun and enjoyable.
Someone Mass RDM’s and disconnects from the server. What do you do?:
I would bring the person/s who got RDMed to an admin sit. Find from all of them out what happened from there point of view. Check logs to make sure the story aligns. Get the steam ID of the offender through either console of Plogs (i think plogs is what this server uses). I would warn the offender for Mass RDM and DC to avoid punishment. If it was less then 3 people who got RDMed I would give a 3 day Ban and then for anything around 7 people 1 month ban, anything over that perma ban (I assume T-mod does not have access to pema ban so I would take the Steam ID to admin to get them perma ban.
Someone is bullying another member of the community. What do you do?:
I would start recording (with bullying having evidence is key for when people try to lie and say they did not say things. I would then TP to the person making the admin ticket and get their side of the story. Then bring the offender and get their side of the story (I they cannot be next to each other without fighting I would take them away from each other and talk to each separately). Bullying is not tolerated within the community. So, if there was a valid case of bullying I would call an admin + to come help sort the situation out as a T-Mod should not be dealing with things that would potentially result in community bans.
You see a higher ranking staff member abuse their powers. What do you do?:
I would politely reminder that they shouldn't be doing whatever it is they are doing. I would also record whatever it is they are doing. IF they continued I would make sure it is all recorded and then take it to the persons above them in the chain of command. So for admin and below to Senior Admins and Senior Admins to Whitey.
Someone threatens to DDOS the server. what do you do?:
Record everything. See If I can get them to talk about what's going on. Try to see why they are doing whatever and so on. While this is happening to collect all information possible. Steam IF blah blah....etc. additionally, while this is happening call higher staff. preferably admin (or senior admin) plus. If nothing can be done. Ban them for as long as I can and refer the situation for higher staff to deal with.
