What do you believe is the purpose of Moderators on the server:
Everything we do and happens in life should always be maintained and be in a limit. For example this server. To run this server and make sure everything to the minor detail is okay.The mods must make sure their decision should help the server and not themselves or for example their friends. A moderator is a key person when it comes to running a community or a project to make sure they can spot smallest details and solve them with experience and professionalism. To maintain this you need some matured people who can take upon themselves to make sure others are having a good time. This may be my using their time to deal with people who are here to create problems. This is the key role of a moderator. Obviously a moderator has many other things do which may be sometimes a lot to count. They are the people who have taken upon themselves to train themselves in such a way that they do not differentiate between people and always think for others benefit. They must have a experience so that when they take a situation, ( Admin sit for an example ) after dealing with every
Why are you applying to be a Trial Moderator:
I have been part of this community for almost 7 months. In these 7 months . I was lucky enough to see how stressful this job is and how much free minded I need to be. I have been friends with a lot of moderators on the server and by knowing their experience and challenges I want to become a moderator.
I have seen mostly every aspect of this community. This may either be being a leader of a regiment or being in the staff team. After this rough path, I feel that I am ready enough to become a TMOD. For the people who know me, they know that I always like to help others. Being a moderator of the staff team is another way to help others. As stated above unlike being a event master i have much more experience as being a moderator or an admin. I realize
What do you believe you can bring to the staff team:
I am very active and very into what I do. I always like to help others and this a thing that defines me. I have known the current staff team very well and I am pretty sure they all also know my weakness and my strong point. Well while others might say I am using my past experience to join back, I feel like this is a good way for the current staff team and me to work together. I have seen a lot of staff members taking calls and I have done some myself so I know how to do them. My experience will play a key role in helping me become a good moderator.
Someone Mass RDM’s and disconnects from the server. What do you do?:
As any other moderator or staff member I will get the persons steam ID. Then i will ask some of the people that were killed to be sure that this was mass RDM and not a RP situation. If everything is towards the person then I will BAN/KICK/WARN the person.
Someone is bullying another member of the community. What do you do?:
If someone is bullying someone else then I will go to that person and get his side of the story. Then i will go to the suspect person and get his side of the story. If he was actually bullying him I will try to explain to him why this is wrong and keep a watch on him. IF he continues to do that I will warn/kick/ban him.
You see a higher ranking staff member abuse their powers. What do you do?:
I will get enough video evidence and give it to senior staff
Someone threatens to DDOS the server. what do you do?:
In this situation, the best thing to do is the get some video evidence and report it to senior staff. While that senior staff is taking time I must make sure that the person does not DDOS anything.
