Why are you applying to be an event master: The reason I am applying for this position is that I would like to enhance the RP experience in events, I would also like to make the events on this server more entertaining not only for the troopers who run into battle and heroicly engage in combat but also give responsibilities to ISB, NAVY etc. I also feel like the event master team is lacking in terms of members as last night Cody ran an event ( it was a very good event which the server enjoyed thoroughly), but the issue at hand is that admins have enough to deal with.
What can you bring to the event master team: letting me be apart of the staff team at basis will help because I'm one extra member to a role that is currently understaffed, asides from this and other obvious points. I can bring my past staffing experience as well as knowledge and many tips and tricks I picked up to make both events enjoyable but easy to set up.
What can you do to make events more enjoyable and innovative: Well I know for a fact that players like event characters that can be killed hence I tend to make my events more respawn originated for the event characters for example that may mean that they have 500 health but each time they die I can individually give them weapons and health so as to make it seem like an endless supply of killable event characters instead of giving then 1500 health and respawning them as a group. Other methods hopefully being able to upload adv dupes I make in single player to give maps quick setup times (this is something I would need to plan around and see if it can happen).

Anything else you would like to add: Some of the things I have said have been copy-pasted from my first app because it's still true and relevant(why reinvent the wheel ).
Also, the event idea one is the same as my first event app. The reason for this is because it worked on so many levels and I think I used that map and similar ideas 10 or so times because it worked and was a very good event idea.
Also, I understand I have recently come back but I just want to help this community in the way I know how to.
Please fill out both event ideas and provide much detail as possible
Event Idea 1: Sabotage
Map: Star Destroyer, Mustafa,
Players: Droids as players in the first map than some droids also players (Droids will keep spawning over and over) 8-12
Droid Weapons: DLT / E11
The second map will have 3 Human Workers and 1 Human leader(Players need to be good at passive RP)
Stage 1 Droids: The first part of this event is a quick Droid Malfunction/Sabotage the Empire will receive a shipment of droids to help out on the ship after about 5 minutes the droids attack plunging the ship into DEFCON 3 once one of the droids have been eliminated NAVY/ISB will investigate the droid and discover that it was Sabotage during the manufacturing process, as it was programmed to rebel.
Stage 2 Debrief: The Debrief will outline why the droids attacked and where the empires suspicions lie due to the origin of the droids coming from a droid factory on the planet Mustafar. After all the relevant information has been outlined we travel to Mustafa where a more detailed plan is distributed to the troopers. A commanders meeting will also be held beforehand ( i have a Mustafa map prop to show how to attack )
Stage 3 Landing: During this period while we set up the event, a detailed explanation of each regiments jobs and responsibilities will be outlined as shown here
Teir 1-ISB will take one or two engineers to help assist in an interrogation room
Teir 1 Engineers will assist in building bridges over the lava so that troopers may progress and also building a prison
Teir 1 Vector Company (if any are on) You are skilled in hot objects guard the Engineers building the bridge
Teir 1-2-3 NAVY you are to ensure that no comms are to leave the plant, You are to also ensure that no one leaves the immediate area, If they do comms it in and ion cannon gun them down.
Teir 2-3 Sith you are to find any hostilities saber droids and take them down
Teir 2-3 IC will assist in the removal of any rogue droids.
Teir 2-3 Shock will assist in the finding of each and every single genetic lifeform and detain them and bring them to the bridge
Teir 2-3 General Populous of troopers is to progress up to and secure the droid factory ensuring that no genetic life forms are eliminated only droids.
This is also just a rough idea of how something like this could work.
Stage 4/5 Jobs: During this time I(as the event master) will inspect and ensure that each trooper is doing their job if someone is not doing their job to a level that is acceptable. It will affect the Outcome of this event. After about 10mins everyone should have completed Tier 1 tasks meaning that breaching of the facility is ready.
Stage 6 Breaching Tier 2: At this point in time each regiment under the command of their commander is to breach the facility, it will be an uphill battle so I will tell you on the day to use your head and be smart(Because running up like a brainless person will get you killed). It is at this point that the bridge built by the engineers will collapse under the weight of troopers if it is poorly built, leading to troopers taking damage that could be avoided. It is also at this point that if any genetic life forms are killed then any crucial information that belonged to them is destroyed.
During this time a lot of situations could happen EG if Navy did not manage to jam the comms then Rebels and Jedis will be on their way, So for the sake of keeping this post from not being too long, I will stress the fact that my events will be heavily dynamic and the actions and lack of actions of troopers and other various parties will in fact impact on the overall success of the event.
Stage 7 Tier 3: This is the point in time when we have the droid facility under control. It is at this point when ISB/NAVY/ Inquisitors will be questioning the people captured, The base is also to be searched for any remaining personal /droids. While all of this is going on the leader of the facility will attempt to fly away if he succeeds in making his way to his ship and flying off then the whole mission is deemed a failure, again this point like the other point determines the success of the mission, if ISB with the help of engineers built an interrogation room which myself and others deem to be worthy, then the information gathered can be collected.
Stage 8 Success/Failure: We will debrief back at the star destroyer if the mission is a Success we will highlight the excellent work of the parties involved, if however, the overall mission was a failure then the appropriate parties will be called and executed in a firing line, Or Darth Vader or Empower Palatine will execute you in their own fashion(you will not get Perma Killed)
Event Idea 2: Recovery Event
Map: Geonosis Map
Players: Geonosian 2 Battle Droids(5-6) Droid Saber Users(2-3)
Droid Weapons: Wrist Rockets- E11
Droid Saber Weapon: Light Saber
Geonosians: Super Jump E11 DLT
A Simple event where the empire needs supplies from Geonosis, the method of retrieval is to be decided at the commanders meeting that is called with missions. Regardless of the choice the Geonosis force is strong and will put up a fight if stupid decisions are made from the empire then the loss of supplies will be present. Commanders will be warned ahead of time that they must ensure that orders are followed for this mission to be successfully
Stage One Debrief: A commanders meeting will be called outlining the objective of the mission, commanders will contribute to said meeting and a decision will be made on how to retrieve the items that the Geonosis have. After a decision has been made a debrief will occur and then a map change to Geonosis.
Stage Two Landing: Commanders will brief troopers in the 10 minutes or so it takes to set up the event, For example if we are going to negotiate or take the items by force.
Stage Three Events Unfold: Due to the nature of the events whatever actions are chosen at the commanders meeting, for example, if negotiations are chosen and don't plan out then Geonosian forces mase and protect the items ensuring they do not fall into the imperial hand. Likewise, if brute force was used then Geonosian forces are present to stop this.
Stage Four Events: The Geonosians supply of droids would be in full effect at this time of the event, with droids being produced at a rate where they keep replenishing. Troopers must destroy the machines otherwise the droid forces will not stop. A full out retreat may occur if the item of question is found resulting in no further fighting.
Stage Five Events: If the plan of the mission was carried out then the item will be in imperial hands and the Geonosis forces wiped out or left alone as we escape with the item, if however the empire was careless with resources and did not care about the objective then the mission would have failed and a further commanders meeting will occur to find out why this failed.
Stage Six Events: Debrief will occur giving promotions to stormtroopers who did well and regiment placing however if the mission failed then the troopers and or commanders who failed to fill out jobs will be publicly humiliated allowing for passive RP for both Navy and ISB to find out what went wrong.
Side Note: Regiments such as ISB Navy and Sith will have roles in this event.
Navy will be to keep track of troopers and commanders in comms(follow up on any commanders not giving comms reports)
ISB will be in charge of base security and will assist in finding the item
Sith (Special saber droids will be present for your forces to take down) as well assisting in finding the item and destroying droid factories.
Events are hard to get down on paper especially ones like this where no clear path is given as troopers decisions affect the event.
Terms of applying:
1. You may bump your application every 7 days after the last bump/post (1 week)
2. Any user may provide feedback by +1 and or -1 your application
3. Advertising your application in OOC, chat box, personally telling people and any sort of social media will lead to your applicationdeny 4. Failing to answer questions can lead to your app being denied
5. False information can lead to your application being denied
6. Failing to meet the requirements can lead to either your app being put on hold or denied
7. Must have more than 3 days on the server
8. To Clarify, you do NOT need to know the basic ULX commands however we prefer you learn before being accepted.
9. Asking for help from staff and/or past staff members will result in your application being denied, to avoid this you may look over accepted event apps to use as inspiration but not copied.
